TAPAS RESTAURANT

Whether enjoying sunset vistas or star-filled nights, LaCroix’s Rooftop Tapas Bar will offer a stunning backdrop for enjoying world-class cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails, and carefully selected wines while experiencing the ONLY lounge and outdoor terrace in the center of downtown Eau Gallie, featuring a rooftop dining area surrounded by reclaimed terra cotta from the original LaCroix Theatre and a lush living wall.

Food and drinks at LaCroix’s Rooftop Tapas Bar will be as distinctive as the space itself! Our future Chef/partner will deliver masterpieces prepared using only the freshest ingredients- herbs often plucked from the future living wall itself. With its retractable rooftop, fans, mister and cooling system – rain or shine, LaCroix’s Rooftop Tapas Bar will truly be an all season destination.

Christopher Maslow

Art Curator

Christopher Maslow is a Miami-based fine artist whose creative practice centers primarily around painting and sculpture. A former Los Angeles resident, Maslow graduated in 2003 from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a degree in product development. He quickly grew into a notable clothing designer and produced for multiple labels in Southern California. A few years into his career as a fashion designer, Maslow found himself gravitating towards street art.

Subsequently, after many years of experimentation with multi-media, Maslow realized a greater calling to fine art. Since his transition onto canvas, Maslow has shown artwork in galleries across the United States and has experienced equal success in curation as well. Maslow has been a resident artist at Viophilia since November 2013, and simultaneously runs a studio-gallery in his hometown of Melbourne, Florida.
